After wushu, working out at the gym got me to try yoga and I instantly fell in love with it. Yoga helped me to cope with the stress while writing my thesis in college and during practicum days. Now, yoga keeps me calm and patient in dealing with everyday stress as a pre-school teacher. Practicing yoga all these years has made me a happy person, which helps a lot when I am with my terrible-two toddlers and restless-three kiddos. I always look forward to each practice and to new challenges presented by difficult poses.
