David Montecillo has been a practitioner of various Mind-Body-Spirit expressions for more than 30 years. His path includes various lineages of energy healing, Tibetan meditations and sacred wisdom, martial arts, Akashic consultations, Yoga, and of course Qigong (Chi-kong). David considers Qigong as one of the foundations for maintaining health and managing life. He shares it to those who find benefit from the practice. Qigong is also a main feature in his corporate stress management and wellness programs for resilient leaders.
Throughout all his practices, the presence of the Bodhisattva of Great Compassion Guan Yin has been a constant guide to him. Through many Akashic Consultations, Guan Yin guided him to create a Qigong expression called Sattvah Qigong. It is the Qigong of embodying the relationship of Masculine and Feminine energies for health, inner peace, and practical living. He invites you to come flow with the Qi!
