Our Studio

We designed our studio with you and Mother Earth in mind.  We want to provide an enironment-friendly and healthy environment suitable for your yoga practice.

We have special flooring in the yoga room to provide traction during classes.  They provide the right amount of support for your feet but at the same time, give enough cushion to prevent those bruised knees and elbows.  This flooring is made from recycled materials that is non-toxic even in a heated environment.

For our Hot Yoga classes, we use Far Infrared Ray Heating Systems that provide a warm and soothing heat that heals injuries and prevents wrinkles. In addition, it kills bacteria, thus preventing bad odor. Imagine reaping all the benefits from sunlight without needing sunblock and without the nasty UV rays!

We also provide high quality Manduka mats which are made from recycled, non-toxic materials.  Manduka mats are a serious yogi's best friend!

The use of yoga and bath towels and shower toiletries are also included in the package.  An alkaline water dispenser is provided for everyone's use so just come with a water bottle and in your yoga clothes and you're all set!
