Your friends at Yoga+

We are 5 friends, all with the same passion for yoga. Unique as we may be from one another, we discovered that we are all driven by the desire to become better as we challenge ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally through the practice of yoga. Yoga+ was conceived and created out of our longing to share not only this love of yoga with others, but also the many benefits that the practice has brought to our lives as well. 

Our Vision: To make yoga available to EVERY body. EVERYBODY.

We aim to promote yoga as a fitness activity for anyone regardless of gender, age, weight and level of flexibility. We want Yoga+ to be their first step on their journey to achieve a blissful balance of mind, body and spirit. We envision a world where everyone has a chance to practice yoga in its various styles.

Our mission is to make every one of our students happy, healthy and forever young through the practice of yoga. At Yoga+, our customers will find an environment that is conducive to conducting a safe and consistent yoga practice under the guidance of certified instructors who will focus on their individual needs. We will guide them to discover more about themselves and push past their limitations. We will make them discover that yoga practice is not just about doing the yoga postures properly but also about applying the lessons learned in the yoga room to the real world.
